Michelle Pierson
Michelle Pierson is a passionate advocate for the food allergy, Celiac Disease, and gluten-free communities. As a proud mother of two children, her family’s journey with food allergies began over 20 years ago and has given her firsthand insight into the daily challenges of managing complex dietary needs, as one of her children lives with a severe egg and peanut allergy as well as Celiac Disease. These experiences have deepened her commitment to increasing awareness, expanding education, and providing greater support for individuals and families affected by food allergies and gluten-related disorders. She is dedicated to educating, connecting, and empowering individuals and families navigating these conditions.
Michelle also serves as the Support Group Leader for GIG Cares of Metro Atlanta, part of the Gluten Intolerance Group, where she helps build community, provide trusted resources, and support educational and outreach initiatives for individuals living with Celiac Disease and gluten-related disorders.
