WHO WE ARE

HISTORY

FOODiversity was founded in June 2020 to address the devastating and potentially life-threatening unmet need for a person with food allergy, celiac disease or food intolerances who lacks access to safe food and information.

When a person’s only available treatment is food avoidance, and when information about how to manage food allergy or celiac disease is key to preventing reactions, safe food and information are necessary to prevent sickness, intestinal damage or death. Without resources, individuals and families cannot thrive.
