Edwin Kim is an associate professor and chief of the division of pediatric allergy and immunology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. As director of the UNC food allergy initiative, he is actively involved in clinical research on the development of novel treatments for food allergy with a particular focus on food immunotherapy.
