EMILY NARVAEZ

Emily Narvaez is currently an MPH candidate, concentrating in Technology and Precision Health at the University of California, San Diego. She earned a B.S. in Clinical Nutrition from University of California, Davis in 2025. Her graduate studies build upon her clinical nutrition foundation, allowing her to integrate nutrition science with public health to improve the health and well-being of diverse populations.

Emily is passionate about how equitable, culturally responsive nutrition can strengthen community health. With a strong background in nutrition and public health, Emily is dedicated to advancing community-based nutrition initiatives that expand access to safe foods and resources to guide families toward improving health outcomes.

As the Program Coordinator, Emily is excited to carry forward FOODiversity’s mission to ensure every individual has access to reliable, culturally appropriate, and safe food and resources.
